For over 25 years Debbie had a very successful career in Sales and Marketing as well as Executive Management in the Senior Living Industry, locally and nationally.  Her passion for the wellbeing of seniors as well as her dedication to providing exceptional service with a caring and listening heart is what gives her an edge in Real Estate.  Debbie knows the importance of being a good listener as well as the key to ongoing communication!  With an Interior Design background; she has a keen eye for helping her clients make a house into a home!  

Nikki & Larry White have been residents of Palm Coast for the past 11 years. We arrived after 9 years of sailing around the Atlantic. Prior to sailing we lived 20+ years in San Diego, Ca though we are both Midwesteners.

Nikki is a personal coach, hypnotherapist and trainer,  Larry has been an entrepeneur most of his adult life. He was a very successful financial planner in San Diego assisting many individuals and busineeses. He also developed and sold a business called Golf Centers of America.

We are semi-retired and always looking for interesing opportunities to continue growing.
We are grandparents and great grandparents with children spread within the country.

Our interests are water, beach and wine with friends and family and we are eager to converse with interesting folks.

I volunteer in the Flagler and Volusia County communities helping nonprofits with their development needs.  I can either help nonprofit boards and committees with their existing events, or I design unique fundraising events just for them. 

Since 2007 I have produced MONOPOLY Tournaments all over the country to benefit different charities. The 2019 MONOPOLY Tournament raised just under $8000 for Christmas Come True.  The 2020 MONOPOLY Tournament scheduled for May 9th (see event calendar for more info) will be benefiting Live Like Cameron (children with cancer) and Hope Hears (special needs children).
