Customer Assurance Program (CAP)
The Customer Assurance Program (CAP) was created by the The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce & Affiliates to ensure that customers are treated with:
Honesty • Fairness • Respect • Integrity
The Customer Assurance Program reflects the Chamber’s promise to adhere to these principles and to encourage CAP participants to do the same. It also signifies the Chamber’s commitment to customer service excellence.
COMMITMENT
This program is offered to ensure high levels of customer service and accountability. By displaying the Chamber’s Customer Assurance Program (CAP) logo, participating members demonstrate a commitment to meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations for professional, courteous, effective and considerate treatment. When customers buy products or services from a participating member, they can expect an extra level of appreciation. This promise should provide added incentive to do business with Chamber members participating in the Customer Assurance Program.
Promises made are promises kept.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountability is a required component and guarantee of the Customer Assurance Program. If you are not satisfied with the level or quality you receive from the CAP member, tell them immediately. If necesssary, the Chamber can help facilitate an agreement on your behalf. Just as each CAP member is required to stand behind the products/services they deliver, the Chamber is ultimately responsible for ensuring the obligations of the Customer Assurance Program are fulfilled.
PROMISE
When customers do business with a Customer Assurance Program (CAP) participant they will be treated with:
- Honesty: All claims and representations about the quality, features, price and performance of the products and/or services provided are made in good faith and will be fulfilled to the participating member’s best ability.
- Fairness: All customers will be treated equally and offered the same high standards of service.
- Respect: All customers will receive polite, friendly and courteous service. CAP members will listen to and address to customer requests, concerns and suggestions, as appropriate.
- Integrity: CAP members stand behind their products/services. Honoring these promises and commitments is a top priority.
