• Erika Przybylek of RE/MAX Flagstaff, who recently completed Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation course offered by Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) through the National Association of Realtors. Erika completed 16 hours of class time, passed a written exam and had five closings representing the buyer to qualify for the designation.
• Janet Geddings of RE/MAX Flagstaff was recently named 2015 president elect for the Flagler County chapter Women’s Council of REALTORS.
• Jimmy Millhollin Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Flagstaff was recently installed as District 1 Vice President for CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Florida Chapter.

Chiropractor Celebrates 30 Years
Dr. Michael Matuszczak started his career as a Navy Corpsman working in Intensive Care Units and the Air Force Reserves Medical Evacuation Squadron. From there, he went on to earn a nursing degree from University of Florida and Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University.
Michael and his wife Cindy moved to Palm Coast with three young children in 1985 and opened his practice. Over thirty years, Dr. Matuszczak has treated patients from birth to 101 years, including three and four generations of families. Local Realtor Joins Leadership Academy
David I. Alfin of Watson Realty has been accepted into the Florida Realtors 2015 Leadership Academy, a rigorous program allowing Realtors to maximize their leadership and business potential. Only a select few are accepted into the program that shapes, trains and inspires today's realtors to be tomorrow's leaders in their community. Leadership Academy participants engage in classroom, independent study, group sessions, team-building exercises, goal setting, networking opportunities and communication skill building as part of the nine-month program.
