The 15th Annual Flagler County Creekside Music & Arts Festival is a Florida Heritage Festival that has become one of the most popular festivals in Northeast/Central Florida, attracting more than 8,000 visitors each year. The draw? Family friendly activities including top-notch live Bluegrass, Americana and folk music on the main stage, arts & craft vendors, blacksmith demonstrations, food trucks, a beer garden, a free kids zone and much more in a picturesque natural setting. If you are a food or arts & craft vendor and would like to participate, please complete this form (front and back) and return to the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce.
Please note we have updated our vendor acceptance requirements for returning and new vendors.
To enhance the level and quality of our vendors, we are mainly accepting vendors that sell artisan quality handmade crafts, vintage products, antiques, shabby chic, architectural salvage, re-purposed or up-cycled items made from vintage materials, industrial, garden and home décor, leather items, fine art, metalwork, homemade soaps and candles, and handcrafted jewelry. Homemade specialty food product vendors also accepted include honeys and jams, salsas, dips, other food delectables, olive oils, vinegars, etc. We will be accepting a limited number of Retail and Non-Profit Vendors.
Retail and Non-Profit Vendors will be sent pricing once application has been approved.
NOTE: Electric is not available in the vendor marketplace and generators are not allowed. Upon approval of your application, please indicate if you need to bring a generator. The committee will approve on a case-by-case basis.
Food Vendors: Please check food vendor option to apply. A minimum of 3 photos are required for food trucks for consideration showing your food truck and food items. For food planning purposes, Saturday expected attendance is approximately 5,000 attendees, volunteers and vendors. Food vendors must furnish a copy of their liability insurance with the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce as a named insured once approved. NOTE: Electric nor potable water IS NOT AVAILABLE, therefore you will need to plan to have a generator for ALL your electrical needs.
All potential artisan arts & craft and food vendors are required to pay at $20 application fee. Your application will be reviewed for consideration to participate by the Creekside Vendor Review Committee and we reserve the right to deny any application. You must provide a minimum of 3 photos of your items and 1 photo of your booth or food truck display to be considered for review.
